Prior to forming Echelon, Mr. Prior to his tenure at Baron Properties, Mr. Powell held District and Area Management positions at Lincoln Property Company and Equity Residential, where he started his career as a financial analyst. Judy has a broad background of experience in the multifamily business and is known for her ability to maximize operating performance by engaging and motivating on-site team members as well as mentoring and training Regional Managers.

Robertshaw serves as Vice President of Operations with more than 19 years of experience in the multi-family industry. Amie has an extensive background in the daily operations of property management, having worked in multiple positions and on multiple types of assets during her career.

In addition to building highly motivated and successful teams, she has also spearheaded the majority of our technology, marketing, and operational process initiatives. She has also been very active in building new client relationships and the asset acquisition process.

Her duties included oversight of financial operations, budgeting, investor relations, capital projects, and due diligence. In addition to being highly analytical and strategic, she is also passionate about brand management and marketing. In addition to her role with Echelon, she also currently serves as Treasurer on the Executive Board for the Apartment Association of Metro Denver along with serving as a Director for the Colorado Apartment Association.

Jennifer is an industry veteran with over 20 years of experience from onsite leasing to corporate training.

Jennifer has worked for owner-operator, third party mangers and companies that encompass development, construction and management. She has successfully created and implemented several training programs and team unifying initiatives that focus on improving the team members while aligning with company culture. Graber services as Vice President of Corporate Accounting and Treasury and is responsible for the preparation, reconciliation, and reporting of corporate financial statements.

Her role also includes treasury management and banking relationships for all bank accounts at the corporate and property levels. Graber brings over 30 years of property management experience to her position, from on-site roles to Information Systems Manager, Project Accountant and Vice President of Accounting. Graber's varied experience has provided her the ability to understand each position within property management and has successfully transformed job processes and work procedures, training techniques, and overall communication.

Bankhead is responsible for all property-based accounting financials and operations. She oversees both the Property Accountants and Accounts Payable teams, ensuring the production and accuracy of financial reporting as well as the implementation and maintenance of system controls. Bankheads' unique background and wealth of experience make her a valuable addition to the Echelon team. Hope has over 20 years of experience in the multi-family industry. Her attention to detail, strong operational and renovation background, and effective leadership make her a valuable member of the Echelon team.

She has been a part of the Echelon team since and has 18 years of experience in the multi-family industry including her time with Echelon. She has an extensive background in the daily operations of property management and has specialized in tax credit properties and tax credit lease-ups. During her time in the industry, she has served as Property Manager, Multi-Site Manager, Mentor and Tax Credit Compliance Manager for tax credit communities, lease-ups, rehabs, and traditional market communities.

Chris has more than a decade of experience in the multi-family space, and she holds the prestigious Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor CAPS designation through the National Apartment Association.
