Why does walmart cancel orders

I tried to order with Walmart a while ago. I did that successfully a couple of time and then, got cancelled one day. It was 1 year and a half ago, but from memories, I tried a first time, it got canceled after a couple of days. I contacted support, they told me the item was backorder it wasn't, as it was still on the site. When I pointed this out, they told me to re-order again. I re-ordered, it got canceled days later. I re-contacted support, they told me my bank was denying the transaction. I contacted my bank, and they told me no transaction was denied and they saw the preapproval on their side but then, Walmart didnt follow through and canceled.

I recontacted support, they told me my card had a problem. They told me to re-order using another card. I did reorder while being on live support with an agent using a 2nd credit card. He told me everything was fine. I re-contacted support, they told me the transaction was okay and they should ship soon. I told them I just got an email saying this was canceled, they told me they still see the transaction on their side.

The next day, the transaction was canceled on Walmart side as well. After 4 transactions, after multiple calls with them and my bank I just gave up. Walmart support was useless: they were picking some random reason and whenever I was getting confirmation from my bank or I was having doubt about their reason, they were switching to another reason.
