Greetings and thank you!! You have to try ceviche from Manabi, Ecuador. There you will find varieties of ceviche that surpasses Peruvian ceviche in flavour. My wife does this occasionally. Thomas Da Silva is just another Ecuadorean who has to always compete with Peruvian culture due to his own reasons. Ecuadorian ceviche will never surpass Peruvian ceviche in flavour.
